Rateivate designs and builds conversion-focused websites and connected growth systems for local service businesses. Services may include website design and development, online booking systems, AI phone and missed-call text-back, review and reputation automation, social media scheduling, CRM setup, follow-up automation, and reporting.

Websites start from £495 and AI systems from £99 per month. The figures shown on our pricing page are indicative only. Because every business is different, your exact, fixed price is confirmed in writing on a discovery call before any work begins. A written quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued.

One-off build fees (for example, the website build) are invoiced as agreed in your quote. Ongoing services such as AI systems, hosting, automation, and support are charged monthly in advance.

Unless stated otherwise in your quote, a deposit is payable before work begins, with the balance due on completion and before launch. Monthly services are billed by recurring payment or invoice. Late payment may result in suspension of ongoing services until the balance is settled.

There are no long-term lock-in contracts — monthly services run on a rolling basis and you may cancel at any time with 30 days' written notice. However, the longer you commit, the cheaper your AI system becomes: discounted rates are available on 6- and 12-month commitments, agreed in writing as part of your quote. One-off build fees are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they cover design and development time already invested.

Your website typically goes live in as little as 7 business days from the point we have everything we need from you (brand assets, content direction, and access). Full AI automation, booking, and reporting are wired in and tested within 14–28 days. Timelines depend on you providing requested materials promptly; delays on your side will extend the schedule accordingly.

You agree to provide accurate information, timely access to accounts and platforms, brand assets, and any content required to complete the work. You confirm you own or have permission to use all materials and content you supply to us.

Each project includes a set number of revision rounds as defined in your quote. Additional revisions, scope changes, or new features requested after the build has started may be quoted separately. Nothing launches until you have approved the final work.

Some features rely on third-party platforms (for example hosting, domain registrars, calendar, SMS, email, and AI providers). We are not responsible for outages, changes, or limitations caused by those third parties. You remain responsible for any third-party subscription fees and for complying with their terms.

On full payment, you own the final website design and content created for you. We retain the right to use underlying code, frameworks, and reusable components we developed independently. We may showcase your project in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.

We work to a high standard but cannot guarantee specific business results, revenue figures, or search rankings. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the fees you have paid us for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Either party may end the agreement if the other materially breaches these terms and does not remedy the breach within 14 days of written notice. Fees for work completed up to termination remain payable.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version current at the time you engage us applies to your project, with ongoing services governed by the latest published version.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
